The secretary needs to drag their copy of this document into the group's "1st meeting folder" and fill it out as the group discussion is going on
Your group folder for the 1st meeting should now contain:
Role sheets for each member (minus the illustrator)- each document should be titled "First Name Last Initial- Role")
